(February 9, 2020, 3:53 pm)The food was good and flavorful.... The staff at the time was horrible. Not friendly at all. The person who waited on me "Tamara" had the driest unenthusiastic attitude ever... to make it worse I simply asked her "Do you have a Rib Sandwich?".... It was a Yes or No question but she literally gave me the most sarcastic nastiest look and "uhhh no we don't do that here"...Revamp your crew if you want business. Food is great but I almost walked away without trying it, a long with 3 other members of my Band.

(October 21, 2019, 10:42 am)The customer service was outstanding. generous portions size. Food was delicious. I got the diced chicken and typically chicken has potential to dry out but this was perfect! So friendly so polite. Mac & cheese was delicious the beans were spicy for my pallet but make no mistake, I would highly recommend this Dickeys! Great job to everyone involved. MANAGER SHOULD BE PROUD!!!!
