(October 1, 2021, 4:40 pm)Flight got delayed mildly, the very sweet bartender was attentive and the gumbo was SO GOOD!! If nothing else, please try this gumbo at some point in your life. The stranger next to me's order was wrong, but bartender fixed it immediately.... No problems for me! Now I'm off to see if I can find this yummy gumbo anywhere else in the metroplex!
