An employee of ours accidentally pulled an electrical harness loose from one of the street brooms we use every friday at 5am (it was 3 pm on Thursday) rendering it useless. He called ASCO where we bought the broom and they said theyd have it fixed by noon tomorrow- great service, but in our case, it was going to be too late. Shortly after, we got a call from Will saying he found the part in stock and that we could come get it now. Its a pretty obscure part so I think he scavenged a new part from a new broom and of course will replace it with another new one, but this got us up and running again! Thank you Will at ASCO for bending over backwards to help us out! This kind of service will keep us coming back. Great staff means great Management!
