Bandera Ranch Apartments

One of the best places to live. Awesome neighbors, quiet neighborhood, dog park and just minutes from shopping centers and grocery stores and amazing schools! Will in the office is a DOLL! The whole staff is great as well as maintenance. The maintenance team are ON IT!! Whenever you put in a request, they come through immediately. Love that! I didn’t have that at my other apartments!

April was very patient with my questions and made my moving process very simple. My apartment was spotless on my move in day and maintenance has been very quick on my work orders. Great place to live. Also very quiet. Quincy was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to solve my work orders both quickly and efficiently. Great staff

A resident that I work with told me to go by Bandera Ranch Apartments because she loved them so much. She spoke of timely maintenance issues being resolved instead of having to call everyday to check on them. I walked in without an appointment and was curious about the property. I was met by the property manager, Nichole, and she was very attentive and helpful in my search. They didn’t have any properties available for me but I was afforded a tour of the apartment that I was inquiring about. They are very nice and Nichole was very knowledgeable to answer all the questions I had for her. She informed me that there is a wait list and my lease at my current apartments isn’t up until summer so I will definitely want to reside here. The staff was very friendly and seemed like they would be the better hell to me compared to where I reside currently.
