Growing up on the gulf coast I'm very accustomed to fresh fish, and this place is the real deal. Ingredients are top quality, pair that with true skill and vision and you have a truly exceptional dining experience. My sincere compliments to the chef and staff!

We like a lot going out. Last night we found this excellent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We had a lovely experience there with first-rate cooking and an efficient stuff and a talented cuisine. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall no doubt come back soon. We warmly recommend.

This place has wonderful sushi! My family is a vegetarian and we love the sweet potato sushi. At first it sounded a bit odd, but we ended up loving and the service is really good! We go there at least once a month.

I was visiting Dallas and I had raving recommendations from close friends to check this place out. After speaking with the owner, he had agreed to set up omasake style so I can try an extensive amount of items on his menu. The restaurant setting is extremely well kept and intimate. The employees are warm and welcoming. The quality of the food gives it a reason for the price because you get what you pay for! Anyways, let me tell you about the 15 items that I had.

Hamachi belly with roasted banana peppers

I'd have to say I was very impressed as each item was prepared and explained so well. The sauces were unique and tasty. You definitely didn't need soy sauce for anything as everything was flavorful. I liked how each dish was given ginger to clean your palate. I definitely would recommend this place as a must go for those who haven't tried it!

Our new fave sushi place right down the road! No more driving 15 miles for good sushi. Nice, relaxing music and soothing atmosphere. We went at 5 pm on a Saturday and received our food in a timely manner and received excellent customer service. Rose was so sweet and helpful. We ordered multiple rolls of sushi. My fave was the Crunchy Lobster, but I can honestly say I enjoyed all of the others, too! I really enjoyed the green tea. Oh, and the fried rice is some of the best I’ve ever had at a sushi restaurant. Very delicious. I will probably order extra to take home next time. And there will be many more times. My family and I were very impressed. Glad we gave it a shot. I can tell we will continue to enjoy it as long as we live in Euless.
