Kroger Pharmacy

The reason for the 5 stars is not because I was extremely happy with my experience today, however the pharmacy tech that gave me service was extremely courteous. Omar, the store manager addressed my issues even though they were not 100%resolved. I was also contacted by the area pharmacy mgr which gave me the feeling that my needs as a customer mean something. I had a personality issue with someone and I believe that some people are just more by the book than others. Thank you all at Kroger for your help. Patrick...

I have been using Kroger Pharmacy since 1995. Their service has always been excellent and most reliable. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are knowledgeable and friendly and ready to help. Try to avoid busy rush hour times. Make sure to use your Kroger card to get Kroger points.

Not sure why they are rated so low, I have had nothing but good experiences here.

I need my dog’s seizure medicine filled and ready at precise times, and Kroger has always had them ready ahead of schedule.

My partner and I got our vaccines here and the person administering them was quick and very accommodating. (Neither of us wanted to see the needle or process because we are squeamish.)
