I ordered an American Built Cowboy front bumper through a 3rd party reseller. After installation, I noticed a small defect and reached out to the reseller. After 3 weeks of no responses I reached out to American Built directly. I immediately received a call from one of their employees wanting to get all of the details. Within an extremely short time they reviewed the photos of the imperfection and agreed to replace the bumper directly. Going from zero response from the vendor to we will make this right by the manufacturer was certainly beneficial, impressive and extremely convenient.
American Built quickly built a new bumper, they were sold out at this point, and allowed me to pick it up directly from them. They obviously care about the quality of their products and just as important if not more important, they are willing to stand behind their products and ensure the end customer is pleased with their products. American Built's customer service and products are top notch and I highly recommend them and their products. My only additional advice, order directly from them versus resellers if possible.
