The automated service needs to be revisited because that alone turned me off, however, a big turnaround with an actual person! I spoke with Keesha, and immediately, my concerns about how the office staff would handle me was washed away. Top notch customer service. I'm looking forward to my move in, and I believe the standard of service will continue.

I must say, I’ve been here almost two years and I only had one major issue in my apartment that took some time to fix but other than that, the office staff, managers, owner, regional manager and maintenance are wonderful. Still in hopes of seeing a few things come together for our community. Overall. Awesome ppl, great results. Thank you Oak Park. All of you all hard work is greatly appreciate.
