AT&T Store

I had an excellent experience! I accidentally tapped 1 for dissatisfied instead 5 for very satisfied. Colby did an awesome job at getting me and my new phone acquainted.

I cannot begin to give Madison, store manager, enough praise for how she helped today.I would NEVER have been able to get in & retrieve all my info w/o her intelligence & will to help! I was locked out of my phone all day b/c of a screen lock page issue. She worked on my phone for almost 2hrs to find a way to bypass the flaw, re-install & restore everything. This involved sensitive info from my jobs, pw, contacts, medical info etc. I will be her customer for life. She is the most Amazing person working for AT&T. All the staff are Top Notch here!

I absolutely love this store!! I’ve gotten an upgrade twice here and have always received the best service. And the discounts and deals they share would never be offered at any other store. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!
