  The new building is gorgeous and conveniently located. The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and responsive. I always receive a response to my first voicemail, if I have to leave one. Refreshingly, most of the time my call is answered by staff.

  Very professional and the most rewarding psychiatric experience I've ever had, been with them a couple years now and would not change anything, 100% best practitioners in the business Doctors, my personal PA is the best!

  I really like this office. They are always kind, respectful and accommodating when I interact with them.
  This office has a lot of patients and is usually very busy but I think it speaks to them being well-liked by patients and I genuinely think they do a good job of staying organized even with how busy they are.

  I am very pleased with the staff at Mid-Cities Psychiatry Dr. Kay really pays attention to my needs and she makes me feel like I'm her only patient. The techs are extremely sensitive to me and my needs and very professional.
