Out of the 5 Apartment’s I’ve lived in my life, this one is by far the best, & I am very blessed to be living here.😇

Been here 15 months and there was only one issue. Other than that very nice and quiet apartment. Just reserve your parking spot early, convenient spots go early.

As a brand new resident, the staff was super helpful during the entire application process. Their kindness and willingness to walk me through the issues I had makes me excited to move in knowing I have a team of people who will support me and my needs during my residency. This has by far been the best experience moving to a new town and new apartment!

Love our new place! Staff are very nice and courteous. So far the experience is nice. Apartments are clean and neat. When called for maintenance, they are right there to help you!

Definitely recommend 301 FM. Very quiet and nice friendly people and the staff is awesome. Caitlin is always out to help at any time with issues that may arise. Go check them out and see for yourself
