Fort Worth Lighting

We are building a home and are using Fort Worth Lighting for all of our lighting needs. The experience we have had has been excellent! The entire process has truly made me so happy! We met with LeAnn at the Weatherford showroom to pick out everything. I have to say that I was completely overwhelmed. LeAnn was sweet, kind, and led me in a direction where I could pick out the best lights, fans, etc… possible for our new home. She was so patient with me and knew her stuff! Now, six months later our home is almost done. They have just installed the lighting in our home and I couldn’t be happier! I was there yesterday meeting with the electrician and a guy walked in our house and told me he was with Fort Worth Lighting and he wanted to make sure everything was OK and went around inspecting all of our lights. He was so nice and down to earth! Finally, I asked his name because he was so helpful and he told me he was the owner. he said that he lived nearby and just wanted to check to see if everything was OK. I could not believe how nice and helpful Lee Jordan was! Lee, you have made me a FWL customer for life and I will certainly be a walking talking billboard! Thank you for making our house a home!

This is the best customer service I have ever had in my life. Joy is such an amazing person. Follow Up, call backs, input, pricing, suggestions.... she did it all. Very straightforward and honest, there was not any surprises on costs. The store has such beautiful merchandise, price range was reasonable. I am horrible at decisions, however Joy helped me out, by providing tremendous amount of patience, and showing me what was available, in stock, on sale, matching pieces to coordinate the style and color scheme we wanted. We are in love with our ceiling fan and fandelier. The fandelier puts out as much air as living room fan. Once you've paid, the communication continues with Joy. She still follows up and responds. I haven't had amazing customer service like this ever. She understood what I was talking about and her suggestions made a great difference. I could not give this lady enough praise for making the process so much easy. We will continue taking our business to Fort Worth Lighting with Ms. Joy.

I highly recommend Fort Worth Lighting. Not only do they have amazing merchandise, but the staff are very professional and great at their jobs. Joy and Terry in particular are amazing and made my whole experience easy and fun. Terry even went out of her way to help me when I made some mistakes in my choices. It’s not everyday you have to buy lighting fixtures or fans but when you do I highly recommend Fort Worh Lighting!

Living in Northlake TX it’s a bit of a drive but worth it. FWL carries quality products and just as important a knowledgeable staff! The folks at FWL from the owner on down are excellent to work with.

An excellent place to go for a wide variety of lighting Styles and price ranges. Everything from very high end fixtures, ceiling fans, & chandeliers to a amazing selection in their clearance showroom. I was most pleased to be able to find ceiling fans, indoor and outdoor lighting all in one place not to mention specialty pulls and handles for our cabinets.
