(May 24, 2023, 11:24 pm)Hi. Well the old management is now gone. And the new owners have raised the rent on us by 75% they do not care about any of us. Its pay or go. No management or maintenance on sight at all anymore.. So literally what was good now sucks . So don't try to move here. Also there's not one permit to build by the city posted anywhere on this property. So all that they are doing could be completely illegal. Shady..
