Kasey is amazing! If you are having back problems and think surgery is your next option- do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment to see her first. I had lower back pain for almost 20 years and after seeing Kasey for a few appointments it doesn’t bother me at all anymore. She’s certified in spinal restoration therapy and she knows her stuff. Kasey spends time with her patients to figure out what the issue is and then gives you exercises to do at home to get things working the way they are supposed to. She took videos of me doing the exercises in her office and also emailed handouts so I had references to go back to- and that was really helpful for me. If she deems it appropriate, dry needling is definitely worth a try too. Everything she has shown me has provided relief for my very overworked muscles and I feel a million times better. I was referred to Kasey after my hip replacement surgery. I needed help getting a correct gait back after limping around for almost three years before my replacement. It took all of 5 minutes for her to correctly assess me and then she worked carefully to help me completely understand what I needed to do and showed me exactly how to do it. My hip and gait are like it all never happened! She is great.
