For the last 17 months or so, my small property in Colleyville, TX has been managed by Max Greer of Top Hat Realty and I could not be more happier than to share my extremely positive experience I have had with him and his services.
From keeping with the cold weather and advising the tenant about proper ways to securing the home for winter, to the speed his team has responded to any needs I have had (including, but not limited to an AC breaking down in the middle of the hot days and being replaced the next day!), Max has always been a step ahead of all my requests and questions.
His management style and customer support are top notch and communication is excellent.
