    USMD procured MCNT some number of years ago, and I had complaints, to put it nicely. With that said, you have to give people room to improve, and lately, this place really has. The fixed their phone system which was once of my biggest complaints, as well improving their refill process on prescriptions. My last visit was very pleasant, with almost no wait, and last time I requested a refill, I got one! Quickly.
