Seems to be a big employee turn around rate. Maybe see the same person 6months the most then all new faces again. Service is usually good.
I have been going back and fourth over the phone with my employer and EECU member services over two missing paychecks. After receiving no answers from EECU member services over the phone, I decided to go into a branch for answers. Kate F went above and beyond to get the answers I was looking for and to try and resolve my issue and get my funds to me same day. Getting my funds same day was not possible however I now know exactly what is going on and what needs to be done for me to receive my paychecks. Kate was so helpful and so sweet and I will be going back to this branch for future banking needs!
They staff at the Clifford Street branch is Outstanding. They are all very friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. Our whole family are members of EECU and enjoy working with each associate. If we ever need anything extra, the Branch Manager, Mrs. Curry is always happy to help. We drive out of our way to do our banking with EECU at the Clifford Street branch.
I went in today wanting to close my account for various different reasons, the main one being a fraudulent charge on my account I noticed today. I called the customer service number prior to coming in so I could dispute the charge but was told I had to wait for the charge to go through before I could dispute it. I was really alarmed by this and went ahead and moved the money still in my account at EECU to another account at a different bank because I did not want to risk the same person stealing more money from me...When I went into the location at white settlement, Kate was so professional and helpful with explaining the process for disputing charges and she was even able to check to see if I was eligible for a regular checking account instead of the 2nd chance account I currently had. By the time it was all said and done we were able to get my account changed to a regular checking account and she assured me that I will get my money back for the fraudulent charge as soon as it clears through the account. I appreciate all the help Kate gave me today and for turning a negative experience with this bank into a positive one. Thanks so much Kate! YOU ROCK!!!
