Cortland Chisholm Trail

I really enjoy living in the complex! My children, my spouse, and I feel safe and at home with the Cortland community. So many good people live here. The office and maintenance staff are helpful, kind, and keep the site on point. Very appreciative. My doggo has also never been happier!

Loved the place! I went on a tour with Trista and she showed me the grapevine floorplan. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the complex. Definitely a top contender for my move because of the service alone. It's really important to have good staff at a complex and the complex is very well kept! Worth checking out! A++

Wow! I toured the apartments on the 12th and they are really nice. The gym was impressive too. My experience with apartments is the staff makes or breaks the deal for me. Trista showed me around the property that day... I believe she is a new employee but I could tell this was the kind of employee that would make living here great! Thanks for making my decision easy!

This property is very nice. The gym is large and has all the equipment I need to stay fit. All of the employees always address my concerns ( I am a needy person) and make me feel like family. The office team are really helpful, especially Liz!
