    I've been going to Smart Barre on Camp Bowie consistently for a little over 10 years. I absolutely love the instructor's, supportive and friendly environment and the work outs. These Barre classes work all your small muscles that most other workouts overlook. I go anywhere from 3 to 6 days a week! Highly recommend.

    Smart Barre is not only a great full-body workout but a fun place to be! It's something different every day and each instructor has a unique style of teaching that keeps things interesting.

    I have been a member of Smart Barre Camp Bowie since June 2011 and go five days a week and love it. It has made me more fit. The instructors are wonderful and all the members are also. Natalie and Trent are the Owners and have a wonderful place.

    For years, I dabbled in many types of workouts, but didn't stick with anything for longer than a year. I've been attending Smart Barre classes at least three times a week for the last eight years. It is a great full body workout with fun instructors and a welcoming community of women.

    SmartBarre offers a truly smart approach to fitness at any age in a welcoming and supportive environment. Each instructor brings something special to the mix, so that there is variety from day to day within a consistent class structure. I've been a client almost since the inception (11+ years) and feel stronger and healthier than I did as a much younger woman.
