NTB-National Tire & Battery

Patrick, the manager was super-nice and accommodating, considering I was their first Tesla to put tires on. I brought my own jack pads, as they don't currently have them. So, if you have a Tesla, the N. frwy NTB location is now "Tesla trained," as long as you have your own jack pads, until they get some of their own.
Patrick was very careful with every step of the process, and it came out great. Installation price was very reasonable also.

I went in to have a tire repaired, but they told me the tread was too far gone. Which is fine, I knew it was coming. Even though I couldn't get new tires they happily put my spare on and told me to check their site since I need a not so common size and the only ones they had in stock there were too pricey for me today. They were so nice and happy to help! I saw all these negative reviews and wanted to make sure someone was pointing out the positives, too.

I came in for a routine oil change and all of the employees were wearing gloves and masks. I felt very safe and protected. The manager Aaron was extremely helpful and I will be coming back for all new tires next month! Impressed with this location.
