Very nice and easy to work with. Checked the system good and alerted me to a potential problem that needs to be addressed. Sent me a picture of the problem so I could see it. I like the description format that you get sent of to the work done.

I have used comfort exports for a number of years now. The individuals employed by the company are always extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They offer advice about what may need to be repaired or replaced and allow the customer to decide the course of action that they would like to take according to their specific situation. He checked everything to get my unit working and didn't try to sell me parts or equipment. He told me what would be good to replace but that could be down the road when I would afford things.
