He knows what he’s doing! I was a little hesitant because this place is so small, but they were able to get me in right away. I pulled a muscle and was in excruciating pain, but I could tell I had more mobility already when I left and made it out to the car. The pain decreased significantly the next day after his treatment, (and once I had put his aftercare instructions into place.) The lady I spoke with on the phone was also very kind. So grateful!

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Shrestha and Eastside Chiropractic for the past five years. He stays abreast of current research and strategies to alleviate skeletal and muscular pain and listens to his patients when working with them. He has patiently helped me learn to control and manage my back issues and associated pain through daily exercise and stretching practices. Dr. Shrestha and his wife Manju (who oversees appointments and billing) have created a low key professional business where you are always warmly greeted and treated with respect and dignity. They are truly wonderful people!

I've been going to Dr. Shrestha for years now. Ive been for back pain, a car accident injury, and a sport injury and he's manage to help with all of it. I still go from time to time to get alignments or if anything is bothering me. He's a great man, very smart, knows what he's doing, and really respectful. They have the best staff and patient care. Would highly recommend!

I've had back problems for my entire adult life and have been to many chiropractors. Dr. Shrestha is by far the best I have come across. He cares about health as a whole for his patients. He makes sure I am pain free and is also trying to help me manage my weight. He started treatments on me no other chiropractor even suggested and my back is better for it. I love how invested he is in my care. Will return to this office for years to come.
