My truck was ready when I got off work and the estimate was to the penny!!!!! I couldn't be happier! Too, this was not my first time at Mack's! They are my ONLY repair shop, they have never needed more than 2 days to get my truck back to me, and THAT was because I brought it in late in the day. Also, the staff is super nice, didn't treat me like a "dumb female" which I truly appreciated, but they did explain in detail what my problem was, and even had my "bad part" there for me to see when I came in. Honest, Accurate, and Friendly! What more could I (or anyone) want! Thanks for being here for me guys! ”
