Lone Star Bucket Trucks

Buy from here! Long story but worth a read. In October of 2023 I bought a 2008 International Digger Derrick from Scott. I was super happy with the purchase until I made it to the interstate 5 miles away. The truck started acting up and went into limp mode. I called Scott and he said it was probably doing a regeneration since it had been sitting a while and to keep driving it. Well I limped it to Oklahoma and called him again and he said just get it home and he would pay whatever it took to get it fixed. Well, it’s now Nov 20, and just got it out of the shop to the tune of $4320.66. I sent the invoice to Scott, not expecting him to pay the total, and he sent me a check for the full amount, even overnighted it for an extra $15……..When he says he stands behind his sales, he means it. Thank you Scott and we will be back when we add to our fleet.

We bought a bucket truck a few weeks ago and have been very pleased with the truck and help we received with shipping and the paperwork process. The truck was exactly as described and they even showed us how to operate it and maintain it. There was a HUGE difference in how helpful and how accurately they described the truck compared to other places we've looked. I can finally thank and praise a company on a long distance transaction!

We Purchased a bucket truck from here a few months back. I waited a while to leave this review and I can honestly say that the truck we bought has not been even the least bit disappointing. Scott was extremely descriptive regarding the overall condition of the truck and even went in to great detail about the trucks flaws / wear and tear. They also arranged a shipping service to deliver the truck to me in Alabama and arrived much faster then expected! It’s refreshing to hear the good and the bad! I got a nicer truck than I expected and I’m very pleased with the value I received. They are very knowledgeable and give an accurate representation of the trucks they sell….that’s a first! Bravo!!!

Purchased a used bucket truck from Scott, he stayed in contact the entire time, even on Sunday. He provided videos, photos and history of the truck. He made himself readily available for a third party vehicle inspection to be done on the truck after business hours. He honored a 30 day warranty after shipping the truck to Illinois which needed some minor repairs. He was very honest and forthcoming about this truck.
