Let me tell a story of the best customer service I've ever received: My boss went to a conference in Fort Worth. When he got there, he realized the little pole that holds up our company banner was missing from his bag. With the conference only 14hrs away, it was too late to ship something, so I started cold calling banner and sign places in the DFW area. After leaving a message with half a dozen places, Brandy called me back from Image 360 and Cockrell. She said they might have something and would immediately get back. They did have something and she did call back. Then she proceeded to tell me her cell number, car make and model, and that she'd hand deliver the pole to the hotel my boss was staying at as soon as she got off work in 30 minutes! Sure enough, she showed up and didn't even charge for the delivery. I've never had such a spectacular above and beyond service experience. Horst Schulze would be proud.
