They were knowledgeable and knew how to handle the restoration that was needed all while bringing peace of mind and comfort knowing home would be fully repaired. We had a water heater break that did MAJOR damage to our home. MVP was a life saver. They responded quickly and began drying out our floors within hours. Our floors were hardwood and recently installed. MVP worked hard to salvage our floors. They provided fans and left them running for almost a week. When it was determined that we would need to move out during repairs, MVP took care of everything. They packed up our belongings. They took extra special care with our antique furnishings by wrapping them in blankets. They arranged storage. Seriously, they made a bad situation as stress free as possible. They were always professional and respectful. We would HIGHLY recommend them and we are so thankful that they took such great care of us.
