The staff here is fantastic and always listened to everything we needed. I never had a problem scheduling a visit ot test. If changes came up the staff were always happy to help.
Bentley Heart staff is the most amazing staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with! They treat you like family and go above and beyond in everything they say and do from the moment you step in the door until you leave! This staff has the biggest and warmest hearts and hugs! They are very personal and always remember you. It's so refreshing to know that people like this still exist in this crazy world! They make the difference between a terrible office visit and one filled with laughter and good vibes! I absolutely love every one of the staff members here and would refer them instantly to anyone who ever needs to come to see a cardiologist.
Dr. Farah and her team are amazing. I have been going there for a few years now and love them. From the front desk to the techs. They are all so kind and really care about their patients. When you walk in the lobby they welcome you by your name and are always engaging. I met a lady in the lobby today who had transportation issues and was late by an hour and they called to check in on her and told her don't worry about it hun just come in when you can. I just thought that was so amazing that they were so flexible with her when she was having issues getting a ride. Thank y'all for everything.
Bentley Heart has the best staff in Ft Worth. I was greeted and taken very good care of right from the start. Always a welcome environment and the laughter is always fun. Dr.Farah is absolutely amazing ! Definitely a blessing getting referred to her. She takes time to listen to you and doesn’t rush in , answers all your questions and concerns and makes sure you truly feel things will be better. Best part is she remembers who you are .
