Very methodical test and analysis of the Hearing capacity. As always is the case, with Costco, excellent after sale service as well as free replacement if damaged or Loss. Must acknowledge the outstanding service of Ms. Nadja Ferraz

My wife loved the staff and was able to get the help she needed getting the testing done for her hearing loss. Then they were able to get the right type of hearing aids that gave her back 80% of her hearing.

The woman who checks your hearing is soooo sweet!! She does her job professionally. She's from Brazil, has a "Russian like" accent.. Very friendly, adorable personality. If I wasn't married, look out Costco audiologist!! She takes her time, does not rush you, and you get her personality on top of that!!

Took my 92 year old Dad to have his hearing aids checked out. Greeted with a smile and a eagerness to provide services. Cleaned them and replaced a transmitter in one.. Very satisfactory experience.
