Mrs. Hernandez was excellent in providing information about to storage units. Giving me a walk thru and even helping me decide what size storage unit would accommodate me. Wonderful customer service and very delightful indeed. My first time every obtaining a storage unit and she made me feel comfortable and at ease about me making this transition.

Mrs.Hernandez was amazing. She allows me to view a couple of units before making a decision which would best suit my needs for my belongings. She was very helpful and patient with me as this was my first time having to use a storage facility. The units as well as the property are very well maintenance. The street structure in between units are very wide for multiple vehicle passing using both sides of traffic flow. They also have amazing deals going on currently I strongly advise if you’re in Southwest Fort Worth area looking for reasonable , family-friendly storage please stop by and ask for Mrs. Hernandez .

We have been searching for a facility for about 2 months. Our first visit Deborah was great courteous and provide us info.a month later we called to see if unit was available, she was more than willing to provide info. And today we came by and booked our storage, she is the face of this facility and we are happy we picked this location. She has 5 stars plus for great service!
