We had a pergola installed and attached to our roof by a different company. That company did not properly attach it to the roof, and even we could tell something wasn't quite right. I called Donnie at Waters Custom Roofing and within hours he had his right hand man out at my house. Waters Custom Roofing fixed the roof leak caused by improperly securing the pergola and then went and correctly secured the pergola too. If you are looking for a local Fort Worth roofing company, Waters Custom Roofing is the roofing company you need. We should have contacted Waters Custom Roofing to begin with and we would have been able to avoid our roof getting messed up at all.

Donnie was quick to help, his guys are extremely professional and were able to fix my roof leak issue and prevent future leaks by attaching the pergola correctly to my roof. 100% recommend them. I'll be calling them first next time I have a roofing issue.

There are not enough adjectives to describe the AMAZING service that our family received from Waters Roofing. We had our roof replaced after rain and hail damage. Donnie gave a fair and competitive price compared to our other estimates. Donnie was VERY patient with all of our questions and concerns. The team arrived EARLY on installation day and worked together like a tactical team. The roof of our home, shed and even the dog house had a new roof within six hours! The roof is symmetrical and installed with precision. The clean up was impeccable which is always a concern with children & pets. There was not a stray nail or piece of the old roof anywhere to be found. I would give Donnie and his crew five stars and will continue to recommend them to family and friends!
