Marion Zygadlo was my very first Agent in 2003/04. He is the best Real Estate Agent who helped me buy my very first house in 2004. I learnt so much from him in the time we spent looking houses.I trust him completely. He never lost his patience with me. Today I'm looking for him, to help me find another house, or just wanting to say hello to Marion, whom i consider a dear friend. Anyone who chooses Buyer's Choice and Marion as their Real Estate Agent, is lucky to have him on their side!

Marion helped my husband and I find our first home. This guy really knows his stuff! He's a former architect and is now dedicated to helping people find their next home. He's very quick to point out reasons why not to buy a house, which goes to show, what an honest person he is. He isn't in the business just to make a sale. I will definitely go back to him if I decide to purchase another home. He is the best in the business! We definitely recommend him!

Marion was the best thing that happened to us during our home buying process. His communication and knowledge is unparalleled. He is very knowledgable.. he is a straight shooter and we loved that. He was very accommodating and a superior negotiator. He is a fine buyers agent and has real good relationships with everyone in the home buying process.

Marion Zygadlo: I cannot say enough kind and positive things about this man. My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home. I found Marion on a whim online. I was trying to determine how to choose a good real estate agent since there are so many out there. I found explanations of what a seller’s agent is, a dual agent, and a buyer’s agent. I wanted an agent that would offer complete loyalty to ME as the buyer. I did not want to work with someone who had the seller’s best interest in mind.
From the moment I met Marion, I was blown away. Marion was always so well prepared, prompt, and professional. Marion had a way of presenting himself, dressing, and speaking, all of which made an impact on my positive experience with him. On my very first meeting with Marion, he completed a presentation for my fiancé and me explaining the home buying process from start to finish. I don’t know how many agents would take the time to do that. I felt very good confident in knowing that Marion had over 20 years of experience.
Marion was extremely flexible with scheduling home tours with us. There was hardly ever a time Marion was not able to meet us. He would meet us after work during rush hour, on weekends etc. Marion was always available when we needed him. His communication was stellar. He answered any questions that we had. I felt so secure and comfortable with Marion on our side. There were homes that he actually dissuaded us from because he felt that the value was not there. How many other agents would do that?! He never pushed us to make an offer on a home that we did not feel comfortable with. In fact, even when we did like the home, he gave us good reasons why it would not be a good investment. We viewed about 10-11 homes before we landed on the home that was for us. There were times when we would give up hope simply because the homes were going so fast. Marion was always so encouraging and promised he would help us find our perfect home. In the end, we did get a beautiful, well-maintained home that was within our price budget, desired location, and had well rated schools.
Marion held our hands every step of the way, from making the offer to negotiating for us. Marion was even there with us on closing day for support! He brought tears to my eyes on closing day as I thought of how lucky we were to have him as our agent. Marion always kept us updated on the progress of our contract on the home and was always candid with us.
I feel so blessed that I found Marion and truly could not have asked for a better experience. If you should be so lucky to come across Marion, I would not give it a second thought to choose him. He is so passionate, spirited, and dedicated to what he does. He has so much energy and enthusiasm. His happiness lies in the client’s happiness and satisfaction. I was actually a little sad when we finally got our home, simply because I enjoyed seeing Marion and going with him to view homes. He told me that he is still there for us to communicate with should we have any questions at all. If we get to the point where we are looking for our next home God-willing, I hope Marion is alive and well to help us in that search. I don’t think I could find anyone else like him.
