The workout itself is all encompassing for strength and cardio, focusing on targeted areas or muscle groups. What sets the studio apart is the great coaches and staff. They know how to push you and get the most out of each workout and can even get you out of your comfort zone. I know personally, I have pushed myself harder than I thought was possible and have got a little better at each exercise as weeks have passed. This is a testament to the trainers and studio atmosphere. Every one of the participants being in the workout together helps motivate and drive success on a group and individual level. The coaches take the time to go over each workout on the floor and even provide some personal coaching if necessary, which is great for me as I am fairly new to a lot of the techniques. Overall, I am very pleased to call OTF my new workout home and couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work!!

Love this class! The movements work your muscles hard for great toning and an amazing workout. They play upbeat fun music

I love the combination of cardio and weights here at OTF. It’s fun to strive to do our best, and it’s obvious our coaches care about us! I feel empowered to keep doing better and getting stronger!

The pandemic has been challenging however all the staff at this gym go above and beyond in ensuring the environment is safe and clean. Everyone is diligent with masks and social distancing. This is THE best gym and the best workout you’ll get!!

This gym is worth every penny and has been my greatest investment. The entire team from the coaches to the front desk employees to the managers are all incredible people who constantly go above and beyond. I even enjoy the classmates who offered support and friendly competition where everyone cheers and claps when we get to the “all out” phases. I spent months looking for the perfect gym that really pushes you and this was it! The energy in this room is unbeatable! I highly recommend you sign up. Don’t talk yourself out of it, remind yourself that you are worth investing into and this place will get you the results! It offers you being able to push to your highest limits and also offers workouts at a lighter level for those more challenging days. I am so grateful for everyone I have met here
