Mila used to work at my studio and was also my coach, she is amazing! I have seen her help many young dancers to improve their technique - more turnout, more flexibility, core strength, increased coordination and muscle memory, higher developes and arabesques, and stronger pointe work. She will help you improve technique and find longevity with your dancing years by learning to dance properly within your body.

I had the pleasure of taking classes with Mila for the past month. I really enjoyed working with her. The classes and her method of teaching really helped me become more aware of how I can improve my dancing. They are also challenging and effective workouts. I love that the exercises are designed for dancers. I highly recommend this!

Best most uplifting massage I’ve ever had!! In a cute clean little space. Smelled great! The music was perfect. Mila is super great! She works on you where you need it the most. And she makes you feel comfortable. Well priced for how great the massage is. I can tell it really works and helps. No your average massage.
