National Telesystems was not only priced right, there professionalism and customer service during the purchasing and installation process were hands down, INCREDIBLE. I requested information on a Monday afternoon from Clint, had a proposal before close that same day. I did a comparison with other bids and they beat everyone. Signed off on the proposal, Dave called to set up my installation and I had my new phone system installed by Mike on Friday. The staff and techs at National Telesystems truly know their product! Ten years ago I called, as a new business owner with a small budget, and they tailored a very affordable used system just for me. Now, ten years later, I called and finally ready for a new system. The price was very affordable, and the install date was almost immediate. The install tech was the exact same tech that installed my original "budget" system a decade ago. If they can keep their same techs that long, that alone speaks volumes of what a good company they are. With all that said, there is more... It wasn't until we went through our training did I realize what a nice system I purchased. The NEC SV-Lite system was not only affordable, it is packed with features, features that were downplayed at purchase time. It is nice to get more than you paid for, under promised, and over delivered. Very Satisfied!!
We had a great experience with National Telesystems. Not only have we used them consistently in the past, but getting a new telephone system from them was seamless. We did not have to do anything once we chose the system we wanted - they coordinated with our telephone carrier and the installation was smooth and problem free with almost no down time. We also had training which was included in the installation price. As for pricing, extremely fair and reasonable.
We would definitely use National Telesystems again and refer others to them.
