The ladies here really helped me out they are friendly, kind and didn’t make me feel like my concern was invalid. I had gone to the Overton ridge location when I was given a completely inaccurate prescription. I called and was able to get a follow up appointment and was sent to the sierra springs location where it turns out my prescription is still the same as it always has been. I won’t go into detail about everything but I am glad I was able to get this resolved in a day and I am grateful for the care that was taken in handling this situation with me and my concern. Please never stop being awesome ladies it is very much appreciated!!!!

I got a last minute appointment on a Saturday! Trish was the receptionist who had all my paperwork ready when I walked in. Isis was my tech who was very courteous and professional. Dr. Baza was very thorough and prompt. Tanisha was my optician who made sure I got exactly what I wanted in my glasses. This team at store 5423 is the best in North Texas and I would not consider going anywhere else!

Trish, Isis, Tanisha, and Dr. Boza were awesome! Definitely recommend this Chisholm Trial location.
