The embroidery warehouse was super helpful in helping me get my machine fixed! Sean directed me to Bryce who is the king of machine techs! He spent almost 2 hours facetiming with us to get our machine up and running! I am in the market to purchase a machine and some supplies. I spoke with a gentleman named Dillon who was very helpful and courteous. He explained all the different machines and helped determine which one would be a best fit for my needs as well as getting me everything else I needed. I was very impressed with the level of customer service he provided to me and the amount of time he was willing to spend answering all my questions. I will be purchasing all of my supplies from here from now on as well as a new machine when I am ready.
