Stephen is awesome! We woke up to a leak on Saturday morning which is never fun. But, the communication and service we got from dispatch and from Stephen was top-notch. These guys are super honest and reliable. I highly recommend Stark Services!

Stephen came out and got the very messy clog cleared in no time. He was very courteous and patient. He also gave me some instructions on how to take care of it should it happen again. He also shared some info about caring for the toilet. Thank you so much. I would recommend you very highly!!

I am helping my parents at the moment. Last night we had a storm that knocked out our a/c. We called early Saturday morning because we are trying to bring my Mom home from a rehabilitation facility. Stark responded promptly (before 7 am on a Saturday morning). The techs were here before the promised time. They were courteous, thoughtful and thorough. We had our A/C back on within 30 minutes. Ray and Yajary were the two AC technicians who installed my new unit. They arrived on time and were very professional and thorough in getting the job done right. They took the time to cleanup after the work was completed and explained how the new system worked including the warranty information. Starks should be grateful to have the two of them on their staff.
