Jeanna was so helpful and attentive. I filled out an online application in the afternoon, and she got back to me that same day to discuss it. I instantly loved the grounds when I saw the place. A hidden gem for sure!

This place is great! I love how easy and attentive they are here. Some of the best customer service and always checking and making sure everything is going smoothly. Carissa was amazing, and the manager is just as great. Would definitely recommend these apartments to any of my friends and family.

Moving is stressful, moving from another state is a whole new level of stress. Lucky for me I worked with 2 phenomenal ladies who helped the move go as smooth as possible. A big thank you to Keesha and Kalyssa for helping me have a fresh start here in Texas! I’m not going to lie I was super nervous because I didn’t take an in person tour and just relied on the website and reviews . However, I was super impressed when I finally walked in with my keys. The one bedroom is perfect for me and everything recently renovated and did not have that old apartment smell to it that I feared it would have. The one thing I really appreciated from both ladies is their constant communication and professionalism through the application process. They updated me on everything and did everything they can to put a roof over my head. I was on a time crunch! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone in transition or single/small family!

Jeanna was super helpful in my moving experience! This is the first time I've rented an apartment and it couldn't have been smoother. I got quick/timely answers to my questions and concerns. The apartment itself is nice, recently renovated and updated. The community is quiet and by the lake. Very happy so far with this community.

In the end I was satisfied. Honestly, Mgt Staff is EXTREMELY professional, except the new gal is snotty & tried to SPIN my personal policy concern so she could get in with her new co-workers *(you don't speak to me like that, cut me off & hang up on me: the consumer is ALWAYS right). Maintenance came out right away when needed. Pest control knocked every week (I worked from home & was there to hear them knock)... They welcomed my pet. I feel they need new rules on parking enforcement. Other than that, they made it work. I enjoyed my place & the view.
