The french toast is to die for. The custard is soaked all the way through, and it's seasoned well. It melts in your mouth, and I didn't think it needed any syrup.
My husband thought the sausage patties were bland, but loved his waffle.
This food is so delicious. We’ve lived in the area for some time and had never tried it til 3 weeks ago and we’ve been back every Sunday since. 😍 Service is fast, the staff is real friendly. I always get chicken (they have proper fried chicken) & French Toast & my hubby love their Buttered Pecan Pancakes. That texas shaped waffle was soo good too!! im excited to try the weekly specials too.
Holy Migas! Sorry you didn’t get a photo before it was mostly devoured, but oh my gosh this breakfast spot is amazing! Such friendly and engaging team members that I’m enjoying watching work as a cohesive unit. The food is incredible, my husband got the ham and it’s smoked to perfection. The special for today was pear stuffed French toast and a steak breakfast burrito. I would eat here all day if I could!
The ONLY reason this place got 4 stars is because of Dianna, the best server ever. She’s funny, engaging, and lights up the place. And Beva… I know with her in charge of dishes, everything is always clean!!
Now for the food. Ugh. It was the worst chicken fried steak I’ve ever experienced. And as someone who tries it all over the country, I speak from experience. It was smothered in the thickest gravy I’d ever tried to choke down. And the breading.. It was just awful! So incredibly thick it was easy to tell they are just trying to go for plate coverage here. I’ll include pics of the leftover(most of it) steak and breading after I separated them. I held some breading from only ONE SIDE of the steak next to the actual steak so you can see what they are doing. You are paying for breading if your order this.
I’ve tried many things from here and it’s just not worth it except to have your day brightened by Dianna who only works weekends.
