Those Texas rolls should be illegal!! How they're so big and fluffy, but not dried out, is impressive and delicious. I don't eat steak like that, so I got the 6 oz (medium-well), and it was pretty good. The only downfall was the temperature of the food. I had the grilled shrimp that came on Texas toast, and it was like lukewarm, which by the time we started eating, there was no heat coming from the main dish. The only things that were hot were my sides of mac and cheese and green beans. I didn't make a big deal out of it since the heat coming from the sides was enough for me, and the buttery rolls also helped. I didn't really taste cinnamon in the butter, but it was still delicious. Everything had a rich taste. Also, the mac and cheese was different. It had a unique taste that I quite liked. The manager came out and was very attentive and nice. Overall, my first ever experience here, I give it a 9.5/10. My family and I will definitely be coming here again.
Let me start by saying that Mandy, our server, was amazing! It was pretty busy and she was on top of everything and very nice.
We usually go to the Weatherford location, but this one is SO much closer and recently opened, so we decided to try it out. Went to app and got on wait list, which I highly recommend using as there is usually a big wait time at any location during dinner.
Food:
Started with Cactus Blossom (yum!, love the sauce) and Chili Cheese Fries w/bacon & ranch on side - came quickly and far enough ahead of food we could enjoy it.
Salads ordered with dinners came next and we were able to eat them with no rush before main dishes came.
Husband order unsweet tea w/lemon, 16 oz Ft. Worth Ribeye (medium) w/loaded baked potato and Caesar Salad - everything as ordered and tasty!!
My son ordered Lemonade, All-American Cheeseburger w/ fries - came with bacon, which he didn't want, other than that was really good.
I ordered sweet tea,12 oz Ft. Worth Ribeye (medium rare), smothered in onions and jalapenos, green beans and caesar salad - green beans tasted a like a little too much liquid smoke was used, ribeye was cooked closer to rare and didn't have the jalapenos I ordered on it, just the onions.
When food was delivered to table we got a Mac & cheese and a chili cheese fry we didn't order, but was told to go ahead and keep them.
We ended up having to pack up and go early for reasons, and Mandy was on top of it with to go boxes, bags and drinks to take with us. Did I say how amazing Mandy was?
Overall a great experience, just need to work on kitchen a bit. We will be back to this location for sure!
My wife and I are huge Texas Roadhouse fans, but this was our first trip to this new location. We arrived a little early and forgot that they do not open until 4 PM. We got in line and met a wonderful couple and chatted to pass the time. Once the doors opened everyone was seated quickly and efficiently. Our server, Delilah was delightful and attentive throughout our visit. We started off with the Rattlesnake bites, not my favorite, but my wife loves them. The rolls were amazing as always and our salads were fresh and prepared to order. We both ordered filets and my wife's came out perfectly medium well and mine was a perfect medium. The nice couple we chatted with in line was seated behind us and we requested to pick up the tab for their meal. Our waitress coordinated with their waitress and made it easy to give them a nice surprise. All in all our experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back.
As far as restaurants in Lake Worth this is already towards the top. Unfortunately that's a low bar, but it was still good nonetheless.
Staff was nice enough, but just normal. Nothing to write home about but not bad.
Food was good for the most part. The bread wasn't quite the same as I've had at other TRHs but was still good. We got a cactus blossom, but it either wasn't done enough or had too thick of onion slices on it. It also came way after the rest of our food, so we didn't want it much by that point. The house salad and pulled pork were still good as usual though.
Overall, better than some TRHs I've been to, but still working out some issues being a new restaurant.
We came here opening night and it did not disappoint! So glad to have Texas Roadhouse in Lake Worth, Texas! Right from the start, the service was phenomenal. It seemed like the team knew exactly what they needed to do. The food came out prepared perfectly and very hot! I’ll just say it right here. I think the Lake Worth location is probably the best Texas Roadhouse location in the Fort Worth area. There is tons of parking and it’s very easy to come and go since it’s near the highway. On this night my wife and I had the Dallas Fillet as we always do. It was perfectly cooked and the sides were made like they should be. We had a great dinner. Not to mention, we did indulge in having a few rolls lol. If you’re looking for a great location. This is the one you’re looking for. Finally… I don’t have to drive 30 minutes to enjoy my Texas Roadhouse. Welcome!
