I was at your office Saturday morning with my dog Carolina. I was greeted by Sarah, she was very kind and took her time explaining everything to me and even holding my hand while I cried. She brought me to a room and explained I would have to wait a while because the Vet was in an emergency surgery. She took Carolina’s vitals and made me feel better explaining that her vitals were all good. After waiting 3 hours I decided to leave because Carolina was doing better and her vitals were good. Sarah advices me to follow up with my own vet or return if I needed to. She was very kind and understanding. I am thankful she is the tech that took care of us. Also Carolina is doing much much better

They took us in quickly and did the best they could to help my pup. When they followed up the next day, I let them know that she didn’t make it through the night … they were very genuine and compassionate while handling this whole emotional experience with us. The fact that they examined her so quickly and thoroughly when we arrived meant a lot. The overall cost was reasonable for the care that she received.

Great place! Have seen several of the doctors and all the vet techs are great ! Might think it's expensive but it is well worth it. I would say still less expensive than others. They explain everything very well and give you options. Recently had to take a sick cat in an emergency and they were caring kind and wonderful! Took my corgi and he loved it.

I have been looking everywhere for a good vet. We had a horrible experience with Ducks mother, Riley, at a previous vet, heartbreaking and horrible. Duck had a life threatening illness that required emergency surgery. It is very rare to see such a caring compassionate staff. It is obvious everybody there, wants to be there and it's not only about money. To the front desk, to the technicians to the doctors- thank you. You all are wonderful!! Day 2 after surgery and she is doing fantastic!❤️
