(April 10, 2021, 4:14 pm)I wanted to take a few minutes to mention my experience with Aleina, the manager at the Western Center/ Haltom Road Life Storage Unit #91. She knows and calls me by name. I mean that in a good way. Not because I've been making a fuss about things, but because I'm just another normal customer and she knows how important customer relations are. There are so many storage units to choose from. I highly recommend this one. Everything's new, well lite, clean, and secure. Definitely one of the best places to store your valuables and stuff.

(April 7, 2021, 12:52 pm)We have been super pleased with this facility. The Manager, Alena, is vigilant and we even remember her name by saying we can Lean on Alena. Our only suggestion would be facility maps, bathroom signage, and more fabulous large carts. Maybe some bumper guards for the shins for those carts. They are great carts. This is a nice facility, kept clean, and locked down.

(January 29, 2021, 3:32 pm)If your need more room so you can get more stuff, and you're like me and have a hard time throwing away anything, I recommend getting a storage unit. And that storage unit should be at Life Storage in Haltom on Western Center. It's super clean, well managed, and easy to get your stuff from your car to your unit, which is a big deal. If you need help, advice, or even a smile, Alena is ready to accommodate. I've had different units at different places for varying reasons and Life Storage is by far my favorite storage experience thanks to Alena. Stop in, check it out, say hi to Alena.
