I’ve been attending Raja Yoga's classes pretty steadily now for over a year. I really love the community here and the variety of classes that are offered. The studio has great vibes, but you can also attend many of the classes online, which has been a huge perk for my wife and me. I began practicing kundalini yoga many years ago, but between moving around so much, it had always been challenging to find a local studio that offered enough of those classes to make me want to attend regularly until I found Raja Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is not the only type of class offered here, but I’ve always loved it because it allows you to work with your energy in real focused ways and doesn’t require great physical leaps to notice the effects. So if you’re looking to build a yoga practice, you’ll be in good company at this studio and will also be given many useful tools to work with.
So raja yoga has honestly been on my list of places to go check out for awhile and I finally did! The yoga studio is super cute! I adore how they have it decorated! There’s also a super cute studio dog named Maya.
The class prices are fantastic ! $18 for a drop in class, there’s a new student $20 for 3 classes and $88 for unlimited. After I took the Hatha class I stayed for the Kundalini Yoga class it was super relaxing. It’s been way too long since I’ve done yoga and really reminded me on why I’ve always loved it.
They offer so many different fun, classes of yoga, and some other spirituality type classes as well. Like chakras , and astrology, if you’re into that.
I definitely wish they offered a mommy and me class, because I would love to take my kiddo to do yoga as well!
This place offers kundalini and I love how knowledgable the teachers are.
I love this place! Kari Rollins D.O., the first yoga teacher in Ft Worth, has opened her new Kundalini Yoga (& more) studio, & it’s so great to practice with her again! They’re having a great intro discount for a while, & it’s the best way to relax & work out in the same session anywhere in town that I know of. You can do it on zoom but I love finally being in-person again! Highly recommended!
A wonderful studio I am 69 and slow flow yoga taught by Lorelei St James has made a tremendous difference in my physical and mental well-being
