Luna Vista Apartments

I've lived here for 2 years and have to say ever since Araceli became manager things have improved so much. Her and the rest of staff are always willing to help and listen. She has made so many improvements. There has been a sewage issue near my apartment and Mario is always ready to help even on a Sunday. I only wish laundry was open 24 hours but other then that have no complaints.

Staff are friendly and professional despite the new Ownership being inconsiderate, forcing new leasers to pay for cable tv. Maintenance team is on point and play area is always safe and environment is clean. Would renew the lease but paying for something I barely use shows the Grim and unmindful direction this complex is headed.

I would highly recommend these apartments! The property manager is the best, she is very helpful, kind and is on top of everything that needs to be done. The maintenance men here are also very nice and are always on top of anything the tenants need fixed, as well as keeping the property clean. Keep up the good work Luna Vista!

Can’t say anything but nice and amazing things about this awesome property! Very well maintained, always very attentive all the way from the amazing young ladies that are in the office that will always greet you with an amazing smile when you walk in the door to the Maintience guys that are always there no matter what time. Definitely recommend living here 100%
