(February 21, 2020, 10:06 pm)I am looking forward to calling Indigo Pointe my new home. The staff here is very friendly. The manager Isabel welcomed me, and introduced herself. The office was. very busy. I could not believe how efficiently, and promptly everyone's needs were met. A big thumbs up to Isabel and her staff!
(September 19, 2019, 5:53 pm)I lived here for 1 year and moved out to be closer to my job in North Dallas. Unfortunately, it didn't work out at the complex I moved to and wanted to sign a new lease at Indigo but the summer rent rates were more than what I was willing to pay for the 2 bedroom I had. I've recently have looked at what's available now and want to come back.I had to downsize where I currently am now because I just didn't have enough time to find an apartment for me and my son for a reasonable cost! The only thing I didn't care for was the dog poop and dog owners not cleaning up behind there pet. I had respectable neighbors also. No complaints.
(August 28, 2019, 3:20 am)I moved in over 3 months ago and was worried about apartment living but my worry was unfounded. Thus far it has been peaceful, pleasant, quiet, and I feel safe. The office staff quickly addresses concerns in a friendly and pleasant way. The maintenance team is also very timely and friendly. As far as I have seen the grounds are well kept. I like the mixed variety of people and most are friendly. Overall I am happy and hope to continue to enjoy my stay here.
(August 27, 2019, 6:31 pm)I have lived here for a year and a half and the front office has always been very kind and good to me when it came to resolving any issues that I had. The community is overall quiet and very peaceful. I love the pool area in the summer times because a lot of us are able to go out there with our kids and have a blast! Maintenance has always been very timely and kind when they had to fix something and it has always been fixed the first time around! I would highly recommend this place! Thanks for the great experience!
