Rainsoft

This was a great experience for my husband and I, we enjoyed Romel’s expertise in showing us different qualities of our water. He took a sample from our kitchen faucet and one from our refrigerator and compared to the filtered water he provided through rainsoft filtration system. Yah, our water isn’t that great!!! We were very impressed and very satisfied with his performance.

The tech came out and was extremely polite and professional. Showed vast knowledge of the water systems and had a great presentation. Unfortunately, we weren’t in a position to purchase the system. Upon telling the tech we simply weren’t in the position to go through with the deal, he became short and impolite. He then handed us a card with his information and quickly showed himself out. I understand that he might work on commission, however my family simply cannot afford the price. We informed him of our situation very politely and apologized for the inconvenience.

Highly recommend Rainsoft DFW. Their products are of the highest quality and my wife and I love both our water conditioner and the reverse osmosis system that we took ownership of when we bought our house last summer. There was one issue that we had that the company did not have to correct since we were the second owner, but they did. We will be using their products and services going forward.

The water purification system, which Romel C presented to us, is incredible. Our minds were blown seeing the "bad" stuff in the water, and even feeling it with the Pure Soap/hand wash test. Romel was extremely knowledgeable, confident, silly, and fun. He really seemed to listen, the kind of salesman that you feel good about having a two+ hour conversation with.
