  I have been going to Longhorn since I have been a kid with my pops. I just recently purchased a 08 electra glide, being 12 years old she needed a little love. The guys behind the parts counter always go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of! Roy Becker is super knowledgeable & helpful, cant thank you enough for all the help!

  Great dealership! Very friendly and helpful. Alex, Pedro,Cat and Cary made my purchase effortless and actually enjoyable. I couldn't be more happy and excited about my new Ultra Limited! I had a great experience and no pressure sales tactics. They got my deal done and everyone was great. I've been in some Motor Company dealerships that left me feeling like an outsider, and this is my 3rd Harley! I highly recommend stopping in to visit, even if only to pick up a cool T-shirt! Love that Longhorn!!

  We were there for the DRIVING CLASS, had PROBLEMS from Sign up, they corrected, then registration requirements, they helped..but on 2nd day of 3 day class, my spouse who I DROVE TO, ARRIVED @ LONGHORN @ 7:30A.M.(class scheduled 8 to 5, but told to be in parking lot with flags @7:45) and left him. He NEVER found the lot, once Personal arrived to store someone FINALLY RADIOED the instructor & my spouse walked to the OPPOSITE END OF THE SHOPPING MALL(LONGHORN Is on the access road to a major mall)..a parking lot that couldn't be SEEN FROM LONGHORN..and yes was NOW LATE FOR CLASS and told OHHH WELL, call Monday to "SEE IF YOU CAN RESCHEDULE FOR FOLLOWING WEEK!!!!"
  UPDATE: We DID reach Jason, whose in charge of class scheduling and was able to RESCHEDULE his class, for an ADDITIONAL FEE to what he had ORIGINALLY paid and also has to REDO the Fri. Night of 3 days classes. Thank you for working with us to get this accomplished ????????

  I could not have had a better experience. I went here for the "Experienced Rider" safety course. Since I brought my own bike for the course, it required a safety inspection. During the bike inspection, they found that I needed a tire. They took the time to show me why and then gave me a better deal on the installed tire than other dealers sell just the tire. After that, the service manager and a tech spent quality time with me to explain both good things about my bike and things that could use attention. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to go back when I need service again.
