Service great, returned what I purchased because it was to small.

Kent is the best and outstanding with customer service. I have been a customer of this store for over a decade and would never go anywhere else.

Guy in this story was very knowledgeable and kind. I almost felt like he was the owner or had stock because he had quite a few customers but handled all questions and checkouts like a pro! Didn't mind waiting my turn because he made it worth the wait.

The store manager of this location is fantastic. He's professional, knowledgeable and his communication skills are superb.

I've had a few minor issues with my Samsonite luggage and he was able to resolve them in a timely manner.

I highly recommend this location due to its selection, but most importantly, due to the store manager!

Awesome luggage store. Samsonite had always been a quality product, which is why the prices are what they are. I got an awesome backpack for a great price (clearance). It took me forever to find a backpack that accommodates my laptop that I like and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I've used the backpack for multiple trips and it never lets me down. You can tell by the pictures that this thing is loaded with pockets inside and out.
