Oh my goodness talk about addiction!!! 1st of all I'm not a cookie person...but I LOVE LOVE LOVE CRUMBL! They have turned me into a cookie lover! I tell everyone to stop by since we've discovered them. We've tried almost all the flavors. I believe we're missing two or three for this week. They have all been so good! You will not be disappointed!
I’ve only visited one other location besides this one. This location is my favorite so far. They are always nice and helpful every time I’ve gone inside to make a purchase. I usually do curbside pick-up and I always receive my order immediately after I let them know I’ve arrived. Yesterday, I actually ended up arriving about 15 minutes prior to the time slot I chose and I still received my cookies immediately upon arrival. I love their weekly rotating flavors and so glad that one of my faves, chilled sugar cookie, is one of the permanent flavors. Follow them on social media to know the new flavors for the week. Only bummer is they’re closed on Sundays but I still anticipate Sundays because that’s when they announce the new flavors. If you have not tried Crumbl, you’ve gotta go ASAP!!!
This was my 1st time trying Crumbl Cookies. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Nice and gooey on the inside with some crisp on the outside. You do need to like a somewhat under baked cookie. The lemon glaze I wasn't as impressed with. It was pretty but there wasn't anything to special about it. But maybe it was just because the chocolate chip cookie was so good. You get a really nice sized cookie and it wasn't too busy when I went so service was great.
Unpopular opinion: the cookies are overpriced and taste slightly better than a saltine cracker. The staff are extremely friendly and the interior is gorgeous. However, I look at the reviews and they say “best cookie shop ever”. I guess people are obsessed with how this cookie is “fluffy” it’s like they attempted to go for a mix between a muffin and a cookie but a muffin and a normal cookie taste significantly better. Tiff’s Treats packs way more flavor in their cookies.
We get cookies here almost every week. The flavors change each week and it’s always yummy. They have a very nice and courteous staff! I was impressed beyond measure on my way home after having power out in DFW area and they were open so I could snag some warm cookies to lift my family’s spirits. Sure we ate some shelf stable food for dinner that night, but the cookies put smiles on everyone!
