The staff makes a point to acknowledge each of us by name from the first day we went there. They are very nice I have never had a problem reaching them by phone at anytime except their lunch time rightfully so. I'm appalled by the negative comments because I have never witnessed any rude behavior or luck of respect for any of their patients and I have been there a lot for my personal visits and for my family.
